I have been involved with wellbeing for over 17 years, having worked with hundreds of people over those years. During this time, I have studied many modalities and continue to update my knowledge and understanding of the mind, body and soul connection.

When I came across Spinal Flow, it resonated deeply with me as it encompasses that connection beautifully. It supports the body in healing itself, through releasing blockages and allowing free flow communication with the body. ​

I work one of one with people, alongside their physical healing journey as well was offering retreats, which are more focussed on emotional healing and connecting with your heart.

What is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a unique therapy focusing on improving the communication between your spine and nervous system. This gentle method helps the brain and body reconnect, facilitating natural healing and overall wellness.

The nervous system imparts messages from the brain to every part of the body. The nerves extend from the spinal cord which transmit and relay this information. When blockages occur at the gateways, this impacts on the free flow of information between the brain and the body.

The body's nervous system is what connects the brain to the entire body - the organs, muscles, cells and tissues are all connected and accessed via the nervous system.

Over time, blockages start forming along the spine. These stressors can be physical, emotional and chemical.

The body has an innate intelligence to heal. Spinal Flow taps into this intelligence by helping the body to release spinal blockages so the mind is free to communicate with the entire body and the body in turn, is able to communicate with the mind, when healing is required.

Spinal Flow Technique is designed to help the brain reconnect with the body and its experiences through the seven gateways of the spine and 33 access points.

The seven gateways of the spine give a framework to understand the mind-body connection and enable transformation from disconnection and stress into a state of harmony and equilibrium.

At the physical level, the nervous system is able to communicate with the brain, which allows healing to happen.

At the emotional level, when blockages occur at certain points on the spine, it relates to emotional stress or trauma that the body may not have been able to fully process at the time. When these layers of blockages start to be released, so too do the emotions.

At the chemical level, pollutants, medications, pesticides and other chemicals that the body is not able to fully eliminate or process also form blockages within the spine and tissues. Releasing blockages allows these chemical stressors to be released in the body over time.​​​​​​​​​
